He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bernard Ellenbecker and Emma Ellenbecker (Mauritz); his wife Diane Kempf; his daughters, Sarah Pongratz (Jody) of Milladore, Amy Wojciechowski (Mark) of Plover, Lisa Engelberth (Travis) of Spencer and Laura Ellenbecker of Wauwatosa; his grandchildren, Michael, Makayla Pongratz, Sophia and Olivia Engelberth; his siblings, Bernard Ellenbecker (Jeanette), Doris Leister (Joe), Ervin Ellenbecker, Rose Schreiber, Emilie Ellenbecker, Patrick Ellenbecker (Cory), Lynette O'Neill, Carmel Speakman and Susan Ellenbecker (Scott Gokey); his father-in-law Vernon Kempf; his siblings-in-law, Dennis, Debra Kempf, Don, Mary Kempf, Lee, Deb Kempf, Randy, Cathy Kempf and Darryl Kempf; his brother Barry Ellenbecker; and his mother-in-law Delores Kempf. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
