She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Rader and Dorothy Rader (Salzmann). She is survived by: her husband William G. Jacoby; her children, Severn Cyzan (Bernette), Karen Jean Eckes (Eugene), Sharon Ann Eckes and Lisa Ann Breu (Daniel); her grandchildren, Kevin Eckes Jr., Eugene Eckes Jr., William Breu (Johanna), Jacob Breu, Patrick Breu, Adam Eckes, Justin Cyzan (Ria) and Devin Cyzan (April); and her siblings, Patricia Babcock and Jean Lueck (Arnold). She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
