With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Melvin Mitchell of Auburndale, Wisconsin, born in McGregor, Iowa, who passed away on May 1, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Mitchell and Mary Mitchell (Bruckner); his son Scott Mitchell; and his siblings, Lois Jean, Sherma, Linda, Glenda, Dale, Steve and Kenneth.
He is survived by: his former wives, Carole Witt and Mary Kissinger Cline; his wife Mary Mitchell of Auburndale; his sons, Todd Mitchell of Vesper, Steve Cline (Julie) of Edgar, Matthew Cline (Joanne) of Mosinee and Joshua Cline of Spencer; and his grandchildren, Marita Mitchell, Miranda Desko (Ryan), Caleb Cline, Isaac Cline (Shamaira), Benjamin Moen, Gillian Cline, Peyton Cline, Devon Cline (Tessa), Dylan Cline, Dominick Cline, Liam, Briarlynn and Bridger.
If desired, the family is accepting memorials in Gary's name for a charity yet to be determined.
