He is survived by: his wife Sharon Stencil; his children, Bonnie Van Dyk (Henk), Laurie Jahnke (Dave), Butch Stencil Jr. and Dawn Stencil; his grandchildren, Jordan, Claire Van Dyk and Joshua Weiler; and his stepgrandson Ben Jahnke.
