She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kirst and Margaret Kirst; her husband Charles Dziak; and her daughter Mary Verhage. She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Hoffman (Bill), Eve Blanchard (Tom) and Teresa Dziak (Mary Willard); and her grandchildren, Renee Davis (Jared), Matt Roerdink (Yukina), Terri Damato (Jason), Melanie Mack (Mike), Alexandria Johnson (Brandon), Elizabeth Miller (Joe), Samantha Verhage (Matt Egerer) and Ben Verhage (Nicole). She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
