He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Danen and Dorothy Danen (Joly); his brother Mark Danen; and his sister-in-law Linda Danen. He is survived by: his wife Linda Blohoweak; his son Todd Danen (Mary); his grandsons, Alec and Payton Danen; his siblings, Mike Danen, Kay Hendricks (Joe), Dan Danen (Betty), Tim Danen (Debbie) and Peter Danen; and his mother-in-law Eleanora Belleau. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends.
