He is survived by: his wife Janet Zich; his daughters, Wendy Petrie (Keith Hornbeck) and Tamara Bishop (Gene); his grandchildren, James, Christine and Lisa; his great grandchild Kellen; and his sister Karen Olsen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
