She was predeceased by: her parents, James Phillips and Dorothy Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Richard E. Wagner; her son Eric; her daughter-in-law Beth Wagner; her grandchildren, Madeline and Daniel Wagner; her daughter Amy Lee Wagner; her sister Mary Kay Berken (John); her close friend Linda; and her children, D's and Letterman.
