He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Tubbs and Mary Tubbs; and his parents-in-law, Mary Ellen, Bill, Bob (Pat), Dale and Kate (Frank Pacheco).
He is survived by: his children, Paula and Stephen; and his wife Dixie. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren listed above, nieces and nephews.
