He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Kramer and Maybelle Kramer (Courtion); his brother James "Jimmy" Kramer; his parents-in-law, Priscilla and Michael Herald; and his siblings-in-law, Jane Garrigan and Robert Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Kimberly Wagner (Scott) of Ashwaubenon, Kristin VanDen Heuvel (Keith) of Ashwaubenon and Kraig Kramer (Billie) of Ashwaubenon; his grandchildren, Kathryn Steege (Adam), Michael, Elizabeth (Reighly), Daniel Wagner, Lauren (Keaton), Natalie, Christine VanDen Heuvel, Kennedy and Matthew Kramer; his great grandchildren, Audrey and Charlotte Steege; his siblings, Bonnie Nickols (Jerry), Debbie Wilson and Terry Kramer; and his in-laws, Nancy Burg (Al Dowe), Jim Herald (Sue), Jerry Herald (Maralee), Jean Buss (Lyle) and Harley Garrigan. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established in honor of Bob.
