He is survived by: his wife Beverly of Ashland; his children, Dawn Marie Miller of Ashland, Cheryl Ann Provost (Jim Hamann) of Ashland, Wayne Francis Hall Jr. of Ashland and Brian Michael Hall (Corrina) of Ashland; his grandchildren, Tyler, Travis, Sharise (Allan), Amber, Alyssa, Cody, Jenna, Brandon, Matthew, Caitlyn, Mandy, Edward, Jonathon and Gerald; his great grandchildren, Caylee and Landon; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Guski and Felix Pieterek; and his significant other Emogene Basley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
