He is survived by: his former wife Tudi Boheim; his daughters, Leah Butterfield and Rochelle Butterfield; his granddaughters, Sophia and Cecelia; and his brothers, Chet (Gisele), George and Jerry. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
