She was predeceased by: her parents, John Walter and Martha Rose Koleski (Dennis); her husband John "Bill" Moore; her close friend Ralph Leciejewski; her children-in-law, Julie Moore and David Kovach; and her brother Peter Koleski.
She is survived by: her siblings, Edward Koleski, Thomas Koleski (Linda), Alice Tolliver (David), Marcia Wiberg (David) and Walter Koleski; and her children, Joan Kovach, James Moore, John Moore (Laura), William Moore (Amy) and Robert Moore (Bonnie). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or United Presbyterian Congregational Church in Ashland.
