Richard W. Whiting Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard W. Whiting of Ashland, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 31, 2025 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Whiting and Dorothy Whiting (Vandergon); his sister Patricia Whiting; and his parents-in-law, Thomas and Joyce Loftus.
He is survived by: his wife Anne M. Whiting (Loftus); his children, Amanda Coykendall (Adam), Anika Schreiner (Cole), Thomas Whiting (Kelsey) and Zach Whiting; and his siblings, Chuck Whiting (Jean), Craig Whiting (Bonita) and Beth Smith (Al). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 50467 State Hwy 13, Ashland, WI 54806. Visitation was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the United Presbyterian Congregational Church (214 Vaughn Ave, Ashland, WI 54806). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
