He is survived by: his wife Kate; his children, Little Rich Neff (Trista), Andy Neff (Jody) and Whitney Rose Olby (Brian Jr.); his grandchildren, Jacob, Rylee Neff, Drew, Felix, Emerson Neff, Oliver, Irelee and Bennett Olby; and his siblings, Randy Neff Sr. (Sandy), Roger Neff Sr. (Darlene), Kevin Neff (Marianne), Sharon Katka (Paul) and Krissy Barnhart (Brian). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and so many good friends.
