She is survived by: her husband Richard Shultz; her son Justin Cunningham (Sarah Brewer); her grandchildren, Jessica, Evie and Alayna Cunningham; and her sisters, Letha Robertson (Larry) of White City, IL and Sherry Osmoe (Jerry) of White City, IL. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
