With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Amanda Provost of Ashland, Wisconsin, born in Ironwood, Michigan, who passed away on December 23, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Niilo Nurmi and Rachel Nurmi (Willing); her husband Roy Provost; her son Jeff; her great grandchildren, Abel Provost and Charles Spruell; and her brother John Nurmi.
She is survived by: her son Greg Provost (Joan); her grandchildren, Megan Seaman (Lonnie) of Duluth, MN, Thomas Provost, David Provost (Katlin), Melissa Spruell (Matt), Jeremy MacArthur, Airman Alex Provost and Keesler Air Force Base; her great grandchildren, Brynn, Kroy Seaman, Emma Sorenson and Sloan Provost; her sister Mary Ann Pinoniemi of Ridgeway, MI; and her close friends, Stuart and Jane. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
