She is survived by: her husband Keith Carlson; her children, Lisa Kraus (Dieter) and Eric Carlson (Ellen Kwiatkowski); her grandchildren, Keith Michael, Evan, Liam Kavanaugh, Rita Maxinoski (Alex), Alex Carlson, Seth and Simon Roca (Kwiatkowski); her great grandchild Finley Maxinoski; and her siblings, Jim Mack (Judy), Kay Leas (Kermit) and David Mack.
