He was predeceased by: his siblings, Steven, John Basina, Katherine Basina, Mary Ann Basina and Virginia Zoldos; his niece Melissa DePerry; and his nephew Mathew Basina.
He is survived by: his children, Welfare, Ruby Ann and Kenneth Basina III; his grandchildren, Biwabik, Kenniiwin, Helen Rose, Warren, Bailin Blake and Lavina Lynn; his siblings, Patsy Ruth DePerry (Ronald), Robert Pratt (Marcia), Judith Pratt, Adam Shelley, Antone Basina (Justine), Arthur Pratt (Cara), Joseph Basina (Antoinette), Jay Pratt and John Pratt; and also, Alonnie Saari and Ellie Mae Saari. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
The couple loved their family and community with their whole hearts, together they had a vision for healing and that was the foundation for their work and service to others.
