She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Goetz and Eileen Goetz (Donovan); her husband Ray "Coke" Maday; her grandson Parker; and her brothers, Donald Goetz and Bruce Goetz.
She is survived by: her children, Shelley Maday, Matthew Maday (Erika Yrigoyen), Amy Amman (Clint), Sara Maday and Carlie Calkins (James); her grandchildren, Ashley Bates, Forrest Bates, Cierra Maday, Katlyn Chaney, Cole Heckel, Emma Maday, Brendan Calkins, Makayla Calkins, Natalya Calkins and Aleina Calkins; and her great grandchildren, Neveah Bates-Petras, Joey Bates-Petras, Aaliyah Bates-Petras, Karli Lemieux and Kaniya Bates. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
