With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph A. Paraventi Jr. of Ashland, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 10, 2025 at the age of 68. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Paraventi of Ashland; his children, Teckla Bocik (Eric) of Ashland, Jacob (Tressa) of Afton, MN and Alex Paraventi of Superior, WI; his grandchildren, Olive and Hutch Bocik; his sisters, Roxanne Melchiori (John) of Iron River, MI and Yvonne Ayer of Grand Haven, MI; his brother-in-law Douglas Brey (Debbie) of Iron River, MI.; and his mother-in-law Carmen Brey of Iron River, MI.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
