He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Neibauer and Laura Neibauer (Shilts); his wife Lucille Ann Westemeier; and his brother William Norbert Neibauer. He is survived by: his children, Ed Neibauer Jr., Kevin Neibauer (Patricia) and Julene Marquez; his sisters, Diane Stuchlik (John) and Mary Ellen Eder (Robert); and his grandchildren, Dustin, Brian, Jesse, Michael Alexander Marquez, Edward Daniel Marquez and Richard Rafael Marquez. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
