He was predeceased by: his father George Otto; his sister Pamela Otto; and his parents-in-law, Richard and June Nelmark. He is survived by: his wife Mary Otto (Nelmark); his sons, Dennis Otto Jr., Derrick Otto (Alena) and Cory Otto; his close friend Rose; his granddaughters, LaTisha and Ariyah; his mother Elaine Otto; and his siblings, George Otto Jr. (Cherie), Bonnie Lynch (Butch), Debbie Janecek (Frank), Denise Popovich (Jim), Diane Scribner (Tom), Doreen Warren (Bobby) and DeAnna Gillis (JC). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
