With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Dean A. Olson of Ashland, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Olson and Dorothy Olson (James); his siblings, Roger, Dale, Ted, James, Ardelle, Orrine and Norma; his wife Margaret Stone; and his great grandchildren, Kalee Audrey Hill and Addyson Rose Olson.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Rivera, Kelly Miller (Ron) and James Olson (Leanna); and his grandchildren, Michael, Anthony (Jessie), Kaitlin Holtz (Christopher), Paul, Lisa, Kevin (Miranda), Thomas, Clarissa, MaKenzie and James Jr.. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; and many other extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 2:00 PM at the Frost Home For Funerals (610 Ellis Ave S, Ashland, WI 54806). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM at the Northern Wi Veterans Cemetery (N4063 Veterans Way, Spooner, WI 54801).
