She is survived by: her children, Wayne Koltz (Sharon), Robert Koltz, Wendy Koltz and Tanya Thomsen; her sisters, Cherine Gagnow (Ronald) and Cynthia Bardon (Dan); and her grandchildren, Ashley, Hannah and Quinten.
