We are sad to announce that on September 20, 2023, at the age of 95, Alice V. Balmer of Ashland, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Ira William Toy Sr.; her husband Francis C. Balmer; her son Garland Balmer; her siblings, Michael Toy, Ira Toy, LaRayne Prough, Nellie Harder, Ramona Bossert, Charlane Bertsch, Sharon Bullard, Delores Reigel and Joan Pryor; and her mother Eleanor Toy Morlang (Boushack).
She is survived by: her children, Donald Balmer (Sonia), Candace Schudar (Charles) of Shelbyville, TN, Bonnie Jansheski (Dean) of Beavercreek, OH and Eleanor Munson (Loren) of Ashland, WI; her daughter-in-law Anna Marie Skulan of Eau Claire, WI; her siblings, Janet Hasti, Teckla Shaylor (Merle) and Charles Toy (Sharon); and her friend Sharon Clark. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
