Betty Ann Yerke Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Ann Yerke of Arpin, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 15, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Nelson and Flora Nelson (Ellis); her husband Eugene Yerke; her siblings, Phyllis Paitel and Jim Nelson; and her siblings-in-law, Don Huber, Clarence Paitel, Robert Collins and Grace Collins.

She is survived by: her children, David Yerke (Barb) of Portage, Steve Yerke (Deb) of Pittsville, Mark Yerke (Betty) of Arpin and Carol Willfahrt (Greg) of Arpin; her grandchildren, Michelle Miller (Cory), Terri Meisel (Colin), Adam Yerke (Nikki), Angie Yerke, Andrew Yerke (Sarah), Katelyn Frankwick (Collin), Rebecca Morse (Ryan), John Yerke and Nathan Yerke; her great grandchildren, Lily, Brook, Taylor, Owen, Harper, Hudson, Dawson, Crew, Sawyer, Eliza and Athena; her siblings, Judy Huber and Larry Nelson (Linda); and her sister-in-law Freda Nelson.

In lieu of flowers, the family will establish a scholarship fund for future teachers in Betty's honor.
