Hylaszek of Armstrong Creek, Wisconsin, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on July 29, 2021, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, George Hylaszek and Nancy Hylaszek (Cascio); his children, Wyatt and Svea; his sister Hether Hylaszek (Eric Cup); his former wife Angie Carlson; his godparents, Frank and Mary Cascio; and his cousin Nancy. He is also survived by extended family and numerous friends.
