He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Bell and Isabelle Bell (Noltemeyer); and his cousin Barb Noltemeyer. He is survived by: his wife Caroline Ruth Schultz; his cousins, Sue Teeter, Sharon and Lois Noltemeyer; and his nephew Stuart Schultz.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Arlington Fire Department.
