We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2020, Shirley A. Mlynczak (Arlington, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert. She is survived by: her children, Karen LoMonte (Scott), Sherry Jameson (Robert), Susan Mlynczak (Ross Johnson) and Cristine Davidson (Kevin); her grandchildren, Gregory LoMonte (Joyce), Kristen Klemm (Gregory), Holly Mlynczak (Andy Gorny), Amber Page (Shawn), Faye Jameson, Jennifer Ferris (Jon), Eric Davidson (Leila) and Cole Davidson; and her sister Ruth Gerek. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Diabetes Foundation Appreciated.
