She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Richard and Anne Richard (Disrud); her former husband Vergel E. Handel; her sister Leona; and her brother-in-law Gordon Roth.
She is survived by: her husband Charles W. Reuter (Chuck); her children, Sandie Custer (Mitch) of Sturgeon Bay, Steve Handel Sr. (Bobette) of Mineral Point and Stephenie Handel of Mineral Point; and her grandchildren, Theresa Handel, Steven Handel Jr. (Andrea), Michelle Pearson (Bret) and Becky Woods (Noah). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
