He was predeceased by: his father Hilmar Sparby; his grandparents, Lloyd, Ruth Getzloff, Hilbert and Mabel Sparby; and his half-brothers, Michael Peters and Steven Sparby.
He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Sparby Sr. (Getzloff); his sons, Shayne M. Sparby and Dustyn R. Sparby; and his former wife Lynn Westrich. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
