He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald A. Phalin and Genevieve Vera Phalin (Smith); and his wife Carol. He is survived by: his children, Ricky Phalin (Faith) of Beloit, WI, Cathy Phalin of Rockford, IL and Brad Phalin of Miami, FL; and his grandsons, Dustin and Christopher. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
