We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2024, at the age of 73, Cynthia A Hutter of Arkansaw, Wisconsin, born in Deadwood, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Fransen and Norma Fransen (Hei); her son Jeremy; her grandson Mason Hutter; and her sister Sandy Brunner.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis J. Hutter; her children, Jennifer Bates (Chris) of Durand, Jason of Arkansaw, Julie Smith (Ryan) of Menomonie and Joshua (Cristie) of Chippewa Falls; her daughter-in-law Ashley Hutter of Arkansaw; and her siblings, Sharon Hallock of Tennessee and Anthony Fransen (Hanne) of Prairie du Sac. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
