He was predeceased by: his parents, Erling L. Moen and Lenore Ruth Moen (Phillips); and his brother Charles Moen. He is survived by: his wife Donna Faith; his children, Michael Moen of Middleton, WI and Vicki Betthauser (Mark) of McFarland, WI; his siblings, Robert Moen (Diane) of Monroe, Donny Moen of Albany, WI, Richard Moen of Blanchardville, WI, Ruth Moen of Argyle and Shirley Eidsmoe (Gary) of Blanchardville; and his sister-in-law Jan Moen of Pleasantville, IA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
