He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Eugene Tollakson and Mary Ellen Tollakson; and his brothers, Brad and Darrell Tollakson. He is survived by: his children, Max and Abby Tollakson of Janesville, WI; and his brothers, Olen and Scot Tollakson of South Wayne. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 5:45 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM and at 6:00 PM.
