It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sonja Lou K. Wire of Argyle, Wisconsin, born in Monroe, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 15, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Gutzmer and Ilo Gutzmer (Camnrun); her sister Beverly Gebhardt (Betty); and also Douglas Prien. She is survived by: her husband Allan; her children, Betty Lou Parkinson of Monroe, WI, John Alfred Wire of Argyle, Lynn Marie Black of Mesa, AZ and William Keith Wire (Dawn) of Belleville, WI; her grandchildren, Sarah DeHaven (Chris), Joshua Parkinson, Tara Leopold, Ashley Wire, Emma Grace Wire, Nathaniel Black (Tessa), Bradley Michael and Bronson Henry Wire; her brother Larry Hugh; and her brother-in-law Ernest Gebhardt Jr.. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
