He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Mosley and Shirley Mosley (Blaser); and his spouse Gail Beasley. He is survived by: his brother Phil Mosley; his children, Gretchen Fischer (Bob) of Monroe, WI, Joseph Mosley (Julie) of Beloit, WI and Shannon Jelle (Dan) of New Glarus, WI; and his grandchildren, Tessa Heissner (Jake), Andrew Fischer, Jenna Mosley, Jayden Mosley, Elise Jelle, Lila Jelle and Charles Jelle. He is also survived by his family and friends.

“I am heart broken to hear of Gary's passing. He was my best man at my wedding 9 December 1967 - We were both Marines stationed in Garden City NY. We were inseparable both at work or play - loved playing baseball we were the infield 3d base and shortstop great combo - so many memories from my time in NY with him. I'm glad I was able to track him down a few years ago - thanks Gretchen for making that happen. First contact after 50 years was like that 50 year gap never happened. I will miss him”
