He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Victor, Lettie Dammen, Myron and Mayme Hanson; his aunts, Jean Hanson, Barbara Hanson and Darlene Hanson; and his uncle Bruce Hanson.
He is survived by: his parents, Donald Dammen and Dorothy Dammen (Hanson) of Monroe, WI; his partner Ellie Erdmann of Argyle; his sister Darci Boll (Tom) of Monroe; his uncles, Virgil Dammen (Nancy), Ralph Hanson and Jim Hanson; and his nieces, Courtney Jackson of Monroe and Caitlyn Carlson (Brandon) of Mosinee, WI. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Dave's name.
