He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Collins and Mabel Collins; and his brother Glen Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Marvin Collins (Gloria) of Pueblo, CO, Dorothy Swanson (Orville) of Murray, KY and Marjorie Klentz (Alvin Sr.) of Leaf River, IL; and his half-sister Mary Brown of Milwaukee, WI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
