She was predeceased by: her husband Earl. She is survived by: her parents, Davis Saunders and Hazel Saunders (Watters); her niece Karen Proesch (LeeRoy) of Wheatland; and her nephew Joseph Rowan of Iowa City. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Carol's name.
