He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Pope and Lillian Pope (Brager); and his brother Charles Pope. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Thering; his daughter Christine Nehls (Jeff); his grandchildren, Cassandra (Jesse Peterson) and Johnathan Horstmeier; his son Jeremy Pope (Jenna Miller); and his siblings, Sondra Pope (Reed Van Gorden) and Vince Pope (Nancy).
Scott's family requests memorials may be made in his name to the Arena EMS or the Arena Food Pantry.
