She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis John and Anna Mae Fillion (Hook); her husbands, Stephen and Donald; her siblings, Patricia L Keister, Caryl L. Kellor, Ruthann Swenson, C. Christine Harris, Benjamin F. Fillion and J. Robin Fillion; her brothers-in-law, David Roberts and John Harris; and her grandson Brett Dylan Hutchison.
She is survived by: her children, Debora Meise (Terry), Kim White (Kelly), Stephen R. Foye and Susan Gullickson (Chadd); her grandchildren, Jamie White (Bobby Jo), Tonya Franklin (Orvell), TJ Meise (Jen), Jessica Spielman and Stephen Foye III; and her sisters, Wallis L Roberts and Joyce King. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 514 Willow St, Arena, WI 53503. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
