He is survived by: his children, Russell Kujak (Kathy) of Arcadia, Regina Wantock (Mike) of Springville, IA, Rita Sosalla (David) of Arcadia, Renee Wozney (Brad) of De Pere, WI, Rory Kujak (Stephanie) of Arcadia and Rosanne Wozney (Matt) of Buffalo Grove, IL; his grandchildren, Lynsey, Mitchel, Jamie, Dylan, Josh, Mack, Adam, Jenna, Reese, Savana, Ari and Ian; and his great grandchildren, Macy, Madelyn, Mackenzie, Lyla, Vayla, Kayden, Eli, Delilah and Owen.
