He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Sobotta and Clara Sobotta (Pierzina); his wife Renita; and his sister-in-law Jane Sura. He is survived by: his sons, William Sobotta (Cindy) of Folsom, CA, Michael Sobotta (Colleen) of Arcadia and Paul Sobotta (Sandra) of Arcadia; his grandchildren, William, Nicholas Sobotta, Meghan Murphy (Adam), Mitchell Sobotta (Ivy), Taylor Sobotta (Dustin Sorrentino), Kendra Mathias (Taylor), Kyle Sobotta, Mikaela Koval (Bryce) and Kathryn Sobotta; his great grandchildren, Hattie Murphy and Kinley Mathias; and his brother-in-law Herman Sura of Fountain City.
