With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard George of Arcadia, Wisconsin, born in La Crosse, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 2, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo George and Elizabeth George (Palkowski); and his son Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Sonja Skroch; his children, Nancy Halverson (Ron Lazone) of Alma, Lois George of Arcadia, Rita Dau (Lee) of Luana, IA, Valerie George of Independence, Sally Semb (Jason) of Whitehall, Amy Pronschinske (James) of Arcadia, Tom (Cheryl) of Onalaska, Gary (Sharon) of Arcadia and Matthew George (Casey) of Arcadia; his siblings, Lou Ann Breska-Mashak (Ken) of Arcadia and James George (Connie) of Hartley, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Yvonne Shepherd of Pigeon Falls, Joan Proch of Ellsworth and Giles Skroch (Jean) of Cornell. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 6 step-grandchildren; 4 step-great-grandchildren; and many other relatives, friends.
