He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Sr. Woychik and Mary Woychik (Korpal); his wife Faith Ann Reedy; his son Thomas; his granddaughter Leah Bautch; his son-in-law Albin Slaby; his siblings, Angeline Sobotta (Ralph), Irene Wojchik (Leo), Marian Erickson, Kathleen Soprani (Joseph), Ruth Larsen, Edward and George; and his brothers-in-law, Ernest Sonsalla, Wallace (Betty), Howard, Gaylord and Bruce Reedy.
He is survived by: his children, Holly Ibarra (Jacob Gonzales) of San Antonio, TX, Jim Woychik (Linda) of Holmen, WI, Nancy Slaby of Winona, MN and Susan Bautch (Ronald) of New Berlin, WI; his daughter-in-law Joyce Woychik; his siblings, Bernice Sonsalla of Winona, MN and Albert Jr. Woychik (Luan) of Arcadia; and his sister-in-law Barbara Reedy (Howard) of La Crosse. He is also survived by six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorials in LeRoy's honor may be directed to the Roger Metz Manor Foundation, Winona Area Hospice, or the Minnesota Alzheimer's Association.
