She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Butch" Wojchik and Amelia Wojchik (Suchla); her siblings, Ronald and Lois Smith; her siblings-in-law, George Lettner, John Sonsalla, Bob Suchla, Ray Filla, Mary Ann Filla and Rita Overhulser; her nephew Joseph Wojchik; and her niece Michelle Smith.
She is survived by: her husband James Slaby; her children, Jim (Christine), Jeff (Summer), Jeremy, Jackie Kujak (Rick) and Jamie Gilbertson (Hans); her grandchildren, Brooke, Walker, Parker, Bailey, Abigail, Emma, Charlotte and Maddox; her siblings, Gerald (Peggy), Roger, Ken (Pat), Bill (Renata), Susan Lettner and Jane Shepherd (Dennis); and her siblings-in-law, Pete Smith, Mary Wojchik, Bernice Sonsalla and Virgie Suchla.
