He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sr. Haines and Anna Haines (Kronschnabl); his wife Mary; and his siblings, Ralph Haines and Ann Marie Haines.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Haines (Bea) of Pepin, WI, Andy (Michelle) of North Creek, WI, Barb Haines (Chris Melkovitz) of Wauwatosa, WI and John Haines of Hudson, WI; and his brother Rolland Haines (Sharon) of Arcadia. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be sent to the Arcadia Sportsman's Club, PO Box 142, Arcadia, WI with a note "in memory of Jack Haines.".
