With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerome Rumpel of Arcadia, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 24, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John, Sr. Rumpel and Mary Rumpel (Filla); his daughters, Lisa and Becky Rumpel; his siblings, Raymond Rumpel (Monica), Albert Rumpel, Molly Skroch (Raymond), Joseph Rumpel (Esther), Thecla Foegen (Franklin), Monica Schank (Edward), Ernest Rumpel (Rita), Margaret Wicka (Edwin), Bernadine Frie (Gaylord), Marian Wicka (Robert), John Rumpel, Bernard, Agnus and Theresa; and his parents-in-law, Marvin, Diane Litscher and Robert Putz.
He is survived by: his wife Cleo of Arcadia; his daughters, Laurie Halama (Scott) of Independence, Nancy Lettner (Bruce) of Trempealeau and Kathy Vander Meer (Jeff) of DeForest; his grandchildren, Sheila Putz (Jordan), Kaylyn Klug (Ben), Alex Lettner (Caity), Kyle Lettner (Rachel), Brian Lettner (Ananda), Austin Halama (Beth) and Matthew Vander Meer; his great grandchildren, Rayna, Hadley, Laikyn Putz, Evelyn Lettner, Freya, Liam Halama, Beau and Vance Klug; his sister-in-law Janice Rumpel; and his parents-in-law, Leonard, Carol Litscher, Noreen, Roger Haines, Marcel and Wanda Putz.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jerry's honor may be designated to Holy Family Parish or Calvary Cemetery, Arcadia.
